The breakfast service was unsatisfactory, breakfast was scheduled for 6 am but arrived two hours late. this delay caused a missed island hopping tour. staff provided no apologies or explanations. This lack of professionalism was unacceptable.

Check-in was smooth. The room felt very cozy, and I appreciated the cleanliness. Common areas were accessible. The location is convenient. The airport is only 15 minutes away.
The hallway on my floor had an unpleasant sulfur smell upon arrival. I found it hard to swim at the beach. There was a lot of seaweed present. I found the staff had difficulty with basic comprehension.

A solid stay with some high points
smooth check-infree drinks
Checking in flowed smooth. My room sat on the ground floor, a big plus with beach access. Free minibar drinks was like a real treat. The daily snack was also welcome. The bed was soft. I had good sleeps.
